Joseph Gordon Cleveland descended on Boston in 2008 after a rather serendipitous move from Santa Barbara, CA. Having spent most of his life sharing his opinion with anyone listening (and many who weren’t), he founded the fashioncentric creative services firm CONTRA with his partner Brigid Nastasia. Cleveland is an Emmy-nominated producer for his StyleBoston fashion segments, a classically trained violinist, a freelance writer, and the cofounder of the Boston-based Emerging Designer Fund. Due to his severe ADHD, he has several unfinished degrees, ranging in subjects from English to Interior Design to Graphic Design to Violin Performance. He asks (pleads) that you forgive his fervor.
