Before you know it, Labor Day and the very-much-anticipated New York Fashion Week will be just around the corner (read: brace yourselves for another frigid winter). But fret not, my dears: this Alexander Wang cowl-neck dress is a to-die-for transitional piece for your last round of summer cocktail-garden parties.

There’s the impeccable draping in classic A.Wang style, of course, but also a worth a mention are both the unexpectedly uber-cool-sexy asymmetrical cut of the dress and the gorgeous ‘butterscotch’ color! Bisous!

Alexander Wang announced during his resort presentation today he’ll be opening a second retail store location in Beijing. Having just opened his first store in Manhattan earlier this year he’s clearly gunning for world domination, not dissimilar from Tom Ford whose beauty line drops soon.

Perhaps there’s a cosmetics line in Wang’s future? A girl can dream…

Can anyone say… totally dope?  Alexander Wang never fails to amaze me.

This skirt features a foil panel and suede and canvas trim contrast. This asymmetrical skirt has zipped pockets on the side and exposed zip in the front.  Futuristic, sure, but paired back to a cropped white t-shirt, and it’s the variety of every-daywear that I want to see EVERY DAY.  No surprise that A.Wang is many fashion insiders’ pick for the next legacy brand…

Get it here.

Each season, all the fashion folk exclaim: out with the old and in with the new!  Alexander Wang, undisputed king of cool, responded in kind, saying: out with the peep toes—here comes the peep ankles!  This “Dakota” lace-up bootie brings on the new take on feet-peepin’. And I won’t bother telling you how to wear it because it works any which way you can imagine. That said: watermelon ankle socks gone slouchy would make ’em pictcha-snappin’-worthy.
